Straw yellow with reflections still tending to greenish.

Amazing on the nose it opens with hints of chamomile, wild flowers, hay. Subsequently, a ripe yellow apple peeps out inside the bouquet, followed by fresher notes of balsamic honey. To complete the work of art we find a hydrocarbon resulting from the evolution in the mountains.

In the mouth, the soft entry subsequently gives way to a vibrant fruity freshness that totally envelops the oral cavity. Immediately afterwards it recomposes itself and leaves us with a textbook flavor that re-harmonizes the palate. Long and enveloping finish.

Intense straw yellow tending to golden.

On the nose, after the necessary oxygenation, it releases hints of fresh tropical fruit, flanked by a bursting minerality ranging from limestone to hydrocarbon. It takes several minutes to open and bring out evident balsamic notes and alpine flora that complete an olfactory picture of rare elegance and complexity.

The extraordinary softness is accompanied by an unexpected and persuasive fruity freshness that conquers the palate. Sapid and vigorous, but extremely harmonious, it is convincing in its long and intense finish.

The word Pecorino stands out on the label; and if it were not there, it would be hard to recognize it: but are we in Abruzzo or along the banks of the Yonne?

The nose amazes on opening: citrus notes and fresh yellow-fleshed fruit – apricot and peach above all – of an extraordinary elegance. As the minutes go by, the fruity notes relax and are flanked by hints of fresh flowers and a more sulphurous note (typical expression of the Vini d’Altura). The more time passes, the more the wine changes, with each smell a totally different experience: poised between elegance and power it never ceases to bewitch.

On the palate we find an important freshness and a fruity acidity supported by a tonic but never excessive body. Persistence is also excellent.

Intense pink with shades tending to orange.

The traditional nose of berries and red fruit, in this unconventional and extraordinarily elegant Cerasuolo, is enriched by the imprint of the high altitude, with a complex layering of spices and aromatic herbs laid on a wet stone. In the slow process of oxygenation, it opens up giving aromas of tropical spices on which nutmeg and vanilla stand out.

On the palate it is particularly intense. Wide, it totally engages the oral cavity with an evident sapidity mineral and a freshness that balance a complex and unusual aromatic range.

As soon as it is poured it is mysterious, one might mistakenly think that it is on the home straight, but it is not. He is shy and doesn’t play his cards right away.

The nose opens with red fruit in alcohol, black cherries, notes of violet and rose. Then it becomes more ethereal, profound and almost liturgical: between incense and resin it seems to walk through the aisles of a church, where some candles have just been blown out.

In the mouth it is easy to drink, a discreet body and excellent freshness surround a blood sensation and a barely hinted tannin. Soft finish with a decidedly floral aftertaste.
