Intense straw yellow tending to golden.

On the nose, after the necessary oxygenation, it releases hints of fresh tropical fruits, flanked by an irrepressible minerality ranging from limestone to hydrocarbon. Evident notes of alpine and balsamic flora complete an olfactory picture of rare elegance and complexity.

The extraordinary softness is accompanied by an unexpected and persuasive fruity freshness that conquers the palate.

Sapid and vigorous, but extremely harmonious, it is convincing in its long and intense finish.

Straw yellow with greenish shades.

Amazing on the nose, it opens with hints of chamomile, wild flowers, hay. Then a ripe yellow apple peeps out inside the bouquet, then fresher notes of balsamic honey.

A charming completion is made by the note of hydrocarbon, acquired with the evolution in the mountains.

In the mouth the soft entry then gives way to a vibrant fruity freshness that totally envelops the oral cavity. Immediately afterwards it recomposes itself and leaves us with a textbook flavor that harmonises the palate.

Long and enveloping finish.

Intense pink with orange shades.

The traditional nose of berries and red fruits, in this unconventional and extraordinarily elegant Cerasuolo, is enriched by the imprint of the high altitude, with a complex layering of spices and aromatic herbs on a wet stone. In the slow process of oxygenation, it opens itself, giving aromas of tropical spices on which nutmeg and vanilla stand out.

On the palate it is particularly intense.

Ample, it totally engages the oral cavity with an evident mineral flavor and freshness that balance a truly complex aromatic range.

Deep ruby red with purple hues.

The decisive fruity nuances of ripe wild cherry leave space, over the minutes, for persuasive toasting and balsamic hints of resins and licorice root.

In the mouth it is very soft, with well-balanced tannins and a surprising freshness.

The unmistakable mineral flavor, vigorous but pleasant, lubricates the palate showing an unsuspected vigor.

Very eclectic wine.

Impenetrable ruby red.

Opening with notes of leather and hides, then it continues on fruity nuances of ripe cherries; as the minutes pass, it opens and gives us toasted hints of coffee, dried fruits and licorice root.

In the mouth it is enormous, rectangular, does not yield and leaves no room for unnecessary delay. Powerful tannin, first-class freshness, almost chewable.

Hinted mineral flavor, extremely pleasant, which facilitates the lubrication of the oral cavity.

Long-lived wine, purebred horse.

Pale straw yellow with greenish shades.

The nose is immediately stuck by clear hints of wildflowers and undergrowth. Subsequently a range of notes of white fruit peeks out inside the bouquet, followed by notes of wet rocks and balsamic mold.

On the palate the bubble, extremely thin and diffused, creamy and never intrusive, is followed by a decisive freshness, rich in citrus perceptions of cedar and mandarin. An extraordinary minerality leaves a sensation of extreme cleanliness on the palate. A balanced and fascinating sparkling wine.

Elegant, clean and precise, it makes you want to drink it more.
