Obtained from 100% Trebbiano grapes
Straw yellow with reflections still tending to greenish.
Amazing on the nose it opens with hints of chamomile, wild flowers, hay. Subsequently, a ripe yellow apple peeps out inside the bouquet, followed by fresher notes of balsamic honey. To complete the work of art we find a hydrocarbon resulting from the evolution in the mountains.
In the mouth, the soft entry subsequently gives way to a vibrant fruity freshness that totally envelops the oral cavity. Immediately afterwards it recomposes itself and leaves us with a textbook flavor that re-harmonizes the palate. Long and enveloping finish.
