We use packages made of 100% recyclable paper, which ensure excellent protection against thermal shocks, extremely resistant to impacts and approved by all express couriers.
Shipping costs from 9€00 for a box of 6 bottles (also assorted).
Shipping is free for orders from 350€00.
Pallets
Shipping is carried out on mini-pallets or pallets starting from 5 boxes and is completely free.

What is pendeche.com?
It is the official website developed by Pendeche Srl and dedicated to the Vini d’Altura.
Here you can learn about our history, our project and our work and buy all the labels available in the catalogue.

Are my personal data safe?
By entering your details on pendeche.com you are safe. For more details read our Privacy Policy.
Orders
Do I have to be registered on pendeche.com to place an order?
No, you don’t. You can buy in total freedom but registered customers will have access to our promotional offers.
Can I cancel a confirmed order?
Once an order has been completed and sent it is no longer possible to cancel it. If you had any problems during your purchase, please write to us at info@pendeche.com explaining what happened. We will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I change my parcel delivery address?
Once the shipment has started, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. However, within the order processing time limit (usually 24 hours), you can contact us to request that your address be corrected or changed. We will do our best to update the shipping information to be communicated to the courier.
Payments
What kind of payment method can I use on pendeche.com?
We accept Paypal and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Carta Aura, Discover) or optionally a bank transfer.
Are my personal data safe when I make a payment?
On pendeche.com you are safe: all payment information is encrypted to ensure the maximum degree of privacy.
What is the CVV code of the credit card?
The CVV code is a 3/4 digit number printed on the back of your credit card.
I requested an invoice but I could not find it in the package. How can I get a copy?
All invoices are sent in PDF format to the email address you have communicated, within 24 hours from the time of shipment.
Shipping
What are the shipping charges?
As specified at the beginning of this page, shipping costs are variable, starting from 9€00. For orders of 350€00 or more, shipping costs are totally free.
How many days will it take for my package to be delivered?
Shipping time depend on the size of your order. For orders of maximum 4 boxes (24 bottles), the parcel will be shipped the next working day, in other cases the shipment will take place within the third working day following the order.
Can I track the shipment?
Unfortunately this service is not available at the moment.
Does pendeche.com also ship internationally?
Yes, contact us to check territorial coverage, shipping methods, timing and costs.
Returns and Refunds
I received a damaged bottle or I don’t like it: how can I return it and be refunded?
We use specific cartons produced by EWSP, guaranteed anti-thermal-shock and anti-impact. Our courier is very careful to handle the Offshore Wines delicately during all stages of transport. If for some reason one or more bottles should have arrived damaged at your address, please contact our customer service immediately at info@pendeche.com and explain the extent of the damage. We will answer you as soon as possible.
In case of damaged goods, you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to send us a photo with the description of the damage by e-mail in order to avoid similar problems in the future.
For the bottles we do not accept replacement requests or complaints. Each bottle has had its own particular history of maturation, first at high altitude and then in our downstream warehouses and was carefully checked before being put on sale. Each wine has its own aging process which is beyond our responsibility. We guarantee that the condition of the bottle is exactly as per the description and photograph on the product page. The sale of these bottles is therefore subject to the “sold as seen” clause.
What if my wine is corked?
Even if very rarely (about 0.5% of bottles), it can happen that your wine tastes like cork. In this case, keep the defective bottle with the contents and write to info@pendeche.com: we will act immediately.
Refund and replacement will take place upon return of the bottle. The relative shipping costs are in any case charged to the customer..
