Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Amazing on the nose, it opens with hints of chamomile, field flowers, hay. Subsequently a ripe yellow apple peeps inside the bouquet, then fresher notes of balsamic honey. To complete the work of art we find a hydrocarbon son of evolution in the mountains.
In the mouth, the soft entrance then gives way to a vibrant fruity freshness that completely envelops the oral cavity. Immediately afterwards it reassembles itself and leaves us with a textbook sapidity that reharmonises the palate.
Long and enveloping finish.

Deep straw yellow tending to golden.
On the nose, after the necessary oxygenation, it releases hints of fresh tropical fruit, flanked by an irrepressible minerality ranging from limestone to hydrocarbon. It takes several minutes to open up and bring out evident balsamic and alpine flora notes that complete an olfactory picture of rare elegance and complexity.
The extraordinary softness is accompanied by an unexpected and persuasive fruity freshness that conquers the palate. Savory and vigorous, but extremely harmonious, it is convincing in its long and intense finish.

Aging season: 2021
The word Pecorino stands out on the label; and if it weren't there it would be hard to recognize it: but are we in Abruzzo or on the banks of the Yonne?
The nose amazes at the opening: citric notes and fresh yellow-fleshed fruit - apricot and peach above all - of an extraordinary elegance. As the minutes go by, the fruity notes relax and are accompanied by hints of fresh flowers and a more sulphurous note (typical expression of Vino d'Altura). The more time passes, the more the wine changes, with each smell a totally different experience: poised between elegance and power, it never ceases to fascinate.
On the palate we find an important freshness and fruity acidity supported by a tonic but never excessive body. The persistence is also excellent.

Production: 240 bottles | Code: VdA22.BiaPec20
Aging season: 2022
The first of the serie of 3 white wines obtained with spontaneous fermentation, it has not undergone clarification or tartaric stabilization actions. The idea of carrying out all stabilization processes in a natural way, developed during the experimentation phase, brought excellent results.
This Pecorino 2020 denotes a particularly lively floral bouquet from which a beautiful note of broom stands out.
The taste is intact, taut, crunchy, with a vitality that enchants the palate.

The third "natural" white wine that has carried out the tartaric clarification and stabilization processes at high altitude is a Malvasia 2020. Obtained from an ancient Abruzzo clone of Malvasia Istriana perfectly adapted to the pedoclimatic characteristics of the hills surrounding Teramo.
On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of acacia flowers, fresh fruit, mowing and wild herbs.
So rich in extracts, it is particularly soft, fresh, savory and elegant.

[EDIZIONE SPECIALE RIFUGIO GARIBALDI]
Straw yellow with greenish shades.
What is most surprising at first smell is the wide range of citric notes, from mandarin to grapefruit. As time passes, the picture is completed with sweeter notes of honey and white fruits.
On the palate it demonstrates unparalleled coherence, with a succession of sensations constantly balanced between the citrus notes and the softness of a structure in which an exuberant minerality is the protagonist.
This limited series of only 60 bottles is dedicated to the rebirth of the Rifugio Garibaldi 2230m and created in collaboration with the CAI, the italian alpine club.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Shiny aromatic complexity for this white wine obtained from Lureo grapes, very rare native grapes of Abruzzo, grown on the eastern heights of the Gran Sasso National Park.
On the palate it amazes with the wide range of notes constantly balanced between citrus and minerality, extremely pleasant thanks also to a first-class softness.
Wine with clear potential for evolution.

Beautiful, intense straw yellow.
On the nose it immediately appears superb, haughty, rich in hints of citrus fruits and Mediterranean scrub. Thanks to the coexistence of mineral notes of opposite kinds, volcanic and limestone, it then opens up into a thousand aromas and focuses everything on finesse and elegance.
The structure is tasty, broad, enveloping. With oxygenation it does not hide a stratified structure, made of broom, resin and liquorice, always supported by the usual, lively mineral propulsion.
