FINALLY READY AFTER THE USUAL ADJUSTMENT PERIOD
The about 1200 bottles raised in November 2021 to the 2000m of altitude at our aging stations upon the Gran Sasso, after 7 months of snow covering and transformations induced by those particular chemical-physical conditions, are back to our valley warehouse at the beginning of June 2022.
After the necessary period of re-acclimatization, they are finally ready to be opened to give us the purity of the high mountains and slam the obvious limits of traditional cellar aging in the face of skeptics. Well yes, wine in the high mountains, under certain conditions, improves a lot!
