FINALLY READY AFTER THE USUAL ADJUSTMENT PERIOD
The about 1200 bottles raised inNovember 2021to the2000mof altitude at our aging stations upon the Gran Sasso, after7 months of snow coveringand transformations induced by thoseparticular chemical-physical conditions, are back to our valley warehouse at the beginning ofJune 2022.
After the necessary period of re-acclimatization, they are finally ready to be opened to give us thepurity of the high mountainsand slam the obvious limits of traditional cellar aging in the face of skeptics. Well yes, wine in the high mountains, under certain conditions, improves a lot!
