This year, around 1200 bottles were destined for the aging process at altitude, in collaboration with the three wineries that will give life to the Consorzio Vini d’Altura: Berto&Fiore (Precenicco, Ud), Cioti (Paterno di Campli, Te) and Calcagno (Castiglione di Sicilia, Ct); and with the historic partner of the winery Biagi (Colonnella, Te).
